Why do we call ourselves a Recruitment and Culture Hub? Here at itMatch, we believe that promoting autonomy, independence, and psychological safety in the workplace unleashes what is best in people. We want to make only a perfect IT- Match! We successfully provide services to well-known IT companies and support new enterprises entering the Polish job market and building their brand. The quality of our services led us to recruit exclusively for some of our main clients.
Location: Krakow
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates for various IT positions
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for all level positions
- Guiding candidates through the process
- Building long-term relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers
- Working closely with Hiring Managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role
- Using available company tools, including ATSs.
- Actively using LinkedIn and other alternative tools to recruit specialists in the IT field
- Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
- Being a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool
- Facilitating a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting skilled candidates from the IT & Technology sector in the Polish market
- Understanding of software development processes
- Flawless English (and Polish)
- Experience in defining recruitment metrics, KPIs
- Experience in dealing with business stakeholders
- Proactiveness and creativity - we need to think outside of the box and find solutions to various problems
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Flexibility & critical thinking
- Having a Polish working permit
